La atención telefónica muy bien, son muy amables y cuando vas a recoger el bocadillo siempre te reciben con una sonrisa. Son muy bromistas y alegres, a no ser que tengan un mal día o que Just Eat les de problema.
Yo ya siempre llamo y voy a recoger el bocadillo allí, porque cuando pedí por la app Just Eat tuve una mala experiencia.
Esa app (Just Eat) no suele funcionar bien, ellas me dijeron que la próxima vez en vez de pedir por la app, que les llame. Y en efecto, desde entonces sin ningún problema.
Es cierto que alguna vez he pedido un bocadillo número 8 (serranito) sin pimiento, pero ha coincidido que eran días con mucha afluencia en el local, por lo que tenían muchos pedidos y me lo sirvieron con el pimiento, pero el pan y el resto, genial!
RECOMENDACIÓN: Los días que sean fiestas, o creáis que puedan tener mucha afluencia, pedid bocadillos completos, sin quitarles nada, les ayuda a ellas y no tendrás ningún problema.
El ambiente en el local muy guay, lo malo es en verano, que hace mucha calor, pero es comprensible, esa plancha toda la tarde encendido, el horno funcionando sin parar y la freidora de patatas siempre sacando patatas, es normal que haga calor en verano.

They're very playful and cheerful, unless they're having a bad day or Just Eat gives them a problem. I always call and pick up my sandwich there because I had a bad experience when I ordered through the Just Eat app. That app (Just Eat) doesn't usually work well. They told me that next time, instead of ordering through the app, I should call them. And indeed, since then, there have been no problems. It's true that I've ordered a 8-piece sandwich (serranito) without peppers, but it happened to be a busy day at the restaurant, so they had a lot of orders, and they served it with the peppers. But the bread and everything else were great! RECOMMENDATION: On holidays, or if you think they might be busy, order full sandwiches, without taking anything away from them. It helps them and you won't have any problems. The atmosphere in the place is very cool. The downside is in the summer, when it's very hot, but it's understandable. Acabamos de llegar desde Lisboa y hemos encontrado esta bocatería en Mérida. Bocadillos deliciosos y muy buen ambiente y atención. Lo recomiendo!

Bocadillos muy ricos, muy grandes y las muchachas que atienden son súper amables, IMPORTANTE, no podáis en just eat, no les dan el servicio que merecen y al final te vas a quedar sin cenar y vas a creer que es culpa del local cuando no es así.

Ambiente familiar, como si estuvieras en casa de tu madre o de tu tía, bocadillos hechos con amor, enormes y super rellenos. Vale mil veces la pena dejarte caer y probar 😉, yo elegí el de calamares con todo y miren la foto, la lata parece de las pequeñas a su lado!! Un fuerte abrazo y gracias por cuidarnos!!
